Lids Marketplace is a site for employees only, where you can easily benefit from your 40% off discount by purchasing products we carry in our Indianapolis DC.

How do I login to the Lids Marketplace?

You no longer need to be on the VPN to access the website. Follow these steps to log in:

  • Go to lidsmarketplace.com.
    1. The site link should not be shared with anyone. Access per user will be monitored and any misuse will result in loosing access.
  • Enter the email address you have on file with SAP, only the email you have on file with SAP will allow you to log-in.
    1. If you enter an email address that is not on file with SAP, you will see an error box pop up that reads, Lids Marketplace is only for Employees. Log into SAP to ensure you are using the right email.
    2. If you don’t receive your OTP within a few minutes, try resending at least one time before contacting customer care.
  • Once you enter your email address, you will get a message that a One Time Password (OTP) has been sent to your inbox from Lids Marketplace: Login OTP, be sure to check your spam/junk if you don’t see it.
  • Type in the one-time password given on the webpage under OTP.
  • You will be logged into the website after you give the correct OTP.
    1. The site will log you out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity and you will need to request another One Time Password (OTP)

How much can I spend at the employee store?

There is a $2,000 before discount spending limit, meaning you have $1,200 to spend with your Employee Discount in-store and online combined. When logged in you will see your remaining balance in the top right corner, this includes both the Lids Marketplace and employee discount purchases at the store. Once you have reached your $1,200 spending limit you will still be able to purchase, but at full price.

How do I apply my employee discount?

The employee discount will be automatically applied once your item is added to your cart. Please note that there are exceptions where the employee discount does not apply. Examples of products excluded from the discount include Lululemon, Kobe Bryant, and Michael Jordan products.

There may be special products from time to time that will only get a 20% discount for a period of time.

What if I am having trouble logging in?

If you are having trouble logging in, first check to ensure you are using the correct email address and typing in the OTP correctly. If you still have issues, email customercare@lids.com (please allow at least 2 business days to receive a response.)

Product and Inventory

Not only did we want to provide a site that our employees can purchase inventory that we have at our Distribution Center, we also wanted for the site to be a resource to know what we are selling in our stores. Due to this, there will be products listed on the site, but say UNAVAILBLE to purchase.

  • Products we have in stock at the DC and are available to purchase with have an Add to Cart Button
  • Products that are only available to purchase in stores will have an Unavailable Button.

The site will default to show you only products that are in stock and available to purchase online. To see all products take the following steps:

On the Filters uncheck the In-Stock Button and click the blue button Show ### Products. This will now show you all the products we carry online and in-store.

Why do some of the products not have pictures?

We are working to get images for all products on the site, which will take some time, but you can still purchase items without an image. please be cautious of purchasing a bunch of products to see what they look like just to return them.

Can I ship directly to my store or the Corporate Office?

You can still have your order shipped directly to your store or the Corporate Office like you have previously at no extra cost. If you choose Ship to Store – your order will be shipped to the home store that is listed in SAP. You can also see this information in the top left-hand corner.

  • Corporate office store number is 0064
  • Field employees: your home store is pulled from SAP, if it’s incorrect contact your DSM.

What is the shipping cost for the order?

If you are shipping to a Lids store or the Corporate Office, shipping is free. A shipping cost of $4.99 will be added to orders that are shipping to any other address.

I shipped my order to the store, but do not have any tracking information. Where is my order?

Orders that are being shipped to stores will not have tracking information. Your employee order will come within 2 weeks in the same boxes as store products. It will be in a separate bag with an order information sheet addressed to you to differentiate it from the store product. If you do not see your order in the product shipment once 2 weeks have passed, please reach out to Customer Care by email, customercare@lids.com.

I would like to return my order. How do I do that?

For store and field employees, you can return the product at the store as a no receipt return, however you do need to show the receipt you are emailed for proof of employee store return. You must have the Shopify order sheet present to make the return, or show your email receipt. Make sure another associate handles the return for you and you input your employee number in the return order so your balance will be reflected of the return.

For Corporate Office employees, take the product you are returning along with the order sheet to the returns area behind the front desk on the third floor. Please put the product back in the delivered packaging if possible. On the order sheet, write a short note indicating why you are returning the product.

I am missing or received the wrong item for my order. What do I do?

We are sorry for the issues with your order. Please reach out to our Customer Care email, customercare@lids.com. We will assess the situation and see what we can do to make it right!
